Dr. Jagdish did Ph.D. in applied chemistry from Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad (IIT, Dhanbad) and worked as principal scientists at Central Institute of Mining and Fuel Research, Dhanbad. Being very amiable and cordial person, he is highly qualified expert in the field of pollution control measures, mine ventilation, mine fire, explosives and special industrial technologies such as high energetic materials, organic synthesis, polymers, resins, flyash utilization, electroplating and passivition chemicals, dust suppression chemicals, binders, microbial process, etc.
Dr. Jagdish has in hands various prestigious awards, laurels and honours, as CSIR-Golden Jubilee John Whitekar Award, 1997, Highest EECF Award–2001-2002, Patent Filing Award-2001-2002, Third prize for quality product for SMO, Govt. of Jharkhand & Manufactured by M/s Trinetra Innovation P. Ltd., Second Prize for raising ECF through R&D in the year 2004-05 by CMRI, National Filing of Three Patents (2004-05) by CMRI, National Filing of Two Patents (2005-06) by CMRI…..He holds high-status membership of and professional affiliations with many institutions, like Independent Chemical Information System (ICIS), Intuition of Chemists, MGMI. Dr. Jagdish’s research published in many international journals that include International Journal of Environmental Studies (Thomson Reuters), Journal of Mines, Metals & Fuels (Thomson Reuters), International Journal of Engineering Research and Development, Journal of Basic and Applied Engineering Research (JBAER), Asian Journal of Biological and Life Sciences and PBS journals (Thomson Reuters). He authored and edited many books, one such is “Microorganism in Bioremediation. He has been supervisor of scholars doing Ph.D. in Indian School of Mines, Dhanbad, ACSIR-CIMFR, Dhanbad, IIT (ISM) Dhanbad. Dr. Jagdish attended nearly 42 national and international conferences in New Zealand, China, USA and other countries.

Dr. Kundan Lal Patel is much experience and highly qualified senior professional in the field of Basic and Applied Chemistry (industrial and mining). His area of expertise includes industrial and military explosives, crude oil aammonium nitrate, mining and petroleum products, enhanced oil recovery and lubricants. As CEO, he has revived number of big companies with success.
Having excellent achievements in many national and international industries and organisations, he got honour of working in Department of Science & Technology, Gov. of India. Dr. Lal has more than 51 published reports, research papers, technical reports and industrial patents to his credit.
