A widely travelled and top ranker in college, university and National Merit Scholarship holder Subramanyam Degala, started his career as Executive Trainee, Heavy Engineering Corporation Limited, Ranchi. He has huge level of experience for having worked as: Industrial Relations, HEC (has nearly 8000 employees); General Manager (Corporate HR, General Affairs), Honda Siel Power Products Ltd., Delhi; Group Vice President and Group HRM, N K Minda Group; Sr. Vice President, Abhishek Industries; Emmellen Biotech pharmaceuticals Ltd, Bombay; General Manager (HR & A), Rajinder Steels Ltd., and Sriven Computer Solutions Ltd.
Subramanyam taught Strategy, HRM, OB, Corporate Governance, Talent Management, SHRM in a Business School associated with ISBM. Degala served in CII committees and co designed Executive development programmes with IIMB, IIML, MDI. He gave consultancy to industries in Organization Interventions, Implementation of HR systems, Industrial Relations, Organization Development, Change Management, Strategy Formulation and Implementation, Talent Management, Leadership Development, Executive Development Programmes, Succession Planning, Turnaround Strategy, Restructuring, Effective Performance Management Systems and Retention Strategies, etc.
His thirst for knowledge and flair in writing made him to contribute to dozens of publications and seminars, as Financial Express, Chemical Business Magazine, Times of India, a magazine published by IMT (Ghaziabad), Express Computers, National Convention of ISTD, National HRD Symposium and others.
Jiten, a senior OD professional, fulfills his responsibilities of developing leadership skills and leveraging developmental coaching and strength based coaching techniques at all levels in the organization across the South Asia region. He helps the large teams to cope with managing the people side of organizational change management. To follow his objectives, he has designed and delivered multiple leadership development programs for mid & senior level executives and women leaders.
During over 28 years of his cross functional experience, Chouksey worked in the Human Resources Management and Supplier Development & Key Account Management departments of automobile, automotive components, IT, electrical, hydraulics, shared services (engineering & innovation, IT, financial) engineering companies in India and abroad, as Larsen & Toubro, Eaton (a USD 21 billion MNC), Tata Group (HR, Supplier Development and EPC. He was a visiting faculty in Symbiosis Institute of Business Management and Institute for Business Management & Research in Pune. Jiten worked extensively with Korn Ferry tools like Success Profile Architect, CareerArchitect Development Planner, VOICEs 360, etc. He holds ex. membership of the Academic Council for Symbiosis Institute of Telecom Management, Pune.
